We have a range of Pilates and Yoga options, designed to help you centre your mind and body, strengthen and tone your body and improve your flexibility, muscle balance and control.
Yoga
DediKate Yoga are restorative sessions designed to help you nourish your mind and body. Choose between BeYoga, a gentle session focusing on stretching, breath work and relaxation. Or Yes!Yoga, a dynamic and high energy session to build fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. A 20 minute session makes it great for rest days or when you need a little me time, or longer sessions for the Yogi's.
Pilates
DediKate Pilates are 20-30 minute low impact sessions, designed to strengthen and tone, and improve your flexibility, muscle balance and control.
You will feel like you've had a great workout after our Pilates sessions, yet still feel calm and in control.
Introductory Pilates
Introductory Pilates are designed for beginners, new mum’s, or for those with a weak or compromised core or pelvic floor. These sessions are 20 minutes and will strengthen your entire body safely with an extra focus on your core and pelvic floor.
Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga sessions are designed to build strength, relieve stress, and prepare for childbirth. A combination of stretching, breath work and relaxation. Taking the time to move is a gift to you and to your baby, no matter where you are in your pregnancy.
Our pregnancy yoga is approved by our DediKate Pelvic Health Physio but please ensure you have clearance from your lead maternity carer or equivalent.
