DediKate Twenty is Back!

In July 2024, we launched the DediKate Twenty Challenge, and it was a huge success with the most members signing up to a group start challenge ever! So you guessed it, it's back and better than ever as we have added a meno planner for those seeking a peri-post menopause-specific training programme.

The aim is simple: get fit, have fun, and feel amazing in just twenty minutes.

The details:

  • 8 weeks
  • Starts Monday, 5th May
  • 4 Planners to choose from: No Equipment, Equipemnt, Meno or Blank Planner
  • 20 minute workouts 3, 4 or 5 times a week - you chose depending on your fitness goals and schedule.

It’s designed to be achievable for everyone, and I can’t wait to see the life transformations this year will bring.
