How long is the DediKate Lift Challenge?

DediKate Lift is an 8 week Challenge

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can can cancel your DediKate Membership at anytime. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would've been due.

Do I need Equipment for DediKate Lift?

Yes, you will need:

  • 1 (light) set of Dumbbells, 1-3kgs
  • 1 (heavy) set of Dumbbells, 4-8kgs

Don't have Dumbbells yet? That's ok! Order them and then get started with us by doing our no equipment workouts. As soon as your Dumbbells arrive, you can then switch to the DediKate Lift planner.

Is DediKate Lift suitable for pregnancy and postpartum?

You can still participate in DediKate Lift, however we recommend that you follow either our pregnancy programme, DediKate Baby, or our postpartum programme, DediKate Glow.

Types of Workouts

Choose a workout from our wide variety of options. We recommend you do the newest one from the workout type you choose, to get you hitting play ASAP! Remember the sooner you start, the sooner you will be finished.

Low Impact

Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact on your body.

Weight Training

Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.

HIIT for Fit

Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short and high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.
