Whether you are juggling work, family life, or a life change has thrown you a curveball, it can be challenging to find 30-60 uninterrupted minutes of movement in. Other days, you might have all the time in the world, but you aren't motivated or have the energy for a long workout.
But who said a workout had to be long for it to be beneficial? Remember, the best workout is the one you actually do, whether that takes you 10 minutes or 60 minutes!

A workout that can be done in 10-20 minutes, from anywhere, with little to no equipment, is much less daunting than trying to squeeze in a lengthy workout + a commute to the gym etc.
Some people even find that once they start their 10 minute workout, they find that they can add another 10 minute workout onto that! Once we start to exercise, our mind becomes a lot clearer and therefore our to do list less scary!
