"I followed the challenge for the last few months leading up to my wedding and it was the best! I found it so motivating to use the planner and tick off the workouts as I went. It was a great mix of cardio and strength training as well as the flexibility and strength from Pilates and yoga. I’ve always liked the HIIT training but I now love the slower paced weights training and pilates and yoga!
It was a crazy time leading up to the wedding in the middle of New Zealand's peak COVID-19 outbreak, but the DediKate I Do Challenge workouts really helped me control the stress. The nutrition chats were also great listening in the car on the way to work and helped me focus on a sustainable weight loss rather than the typical “shredding for the wedding” diets.
