What is DediKate?
DediKate is an online fitness platform designed to help busy women fit exercise into their lives. Whether you're a beginner, returning to fitness, pregnant, postnatal, peri to post menopausal or advanced, we’ve got something for you. Our focus is on progress, not perfection.
Who is DediKate for?
DediKate is for real women with real lives! Our members are mums, professionals, farmers, shift workers, students, you name it. No matter your age, fitness level or location, we’re here to support you.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. We have beginner friendly workouts and structured programmes to guide you every step of the way. Start where you are, and build from there.
What kind of workouts are included?
You’ll find strength, HIIT, Pilates, Yoga, Cardio, Running, Stretching, Sculpt, Pregnancy & Postnatal, Peri to Menopause specific sessions and more! Choose from workout planners or go freestyle with 5–45 min options.
How much time do I need?
Most workouts are as little as 20 minutes with options from 5 to 45 minutes! Many of our workouts are designed to be short and effective, perfect for fitting around your lifestyle.
What equipment do I need?
Just the basics to start, like a exercise/yoga mat and dumbbells. We also have no-equipment options and workouts using resistance bands or kettlebells if you have them.
What’s included in my membership?
Unlimited access to workouts, programmes, challenges, mindset and nutrition content, expert Tips & Tricks, Facebook support group, live sessions, and more. No hidden costs or upsells.
Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely! We offer a 7-day free trial on our weekly and 8-week membership options, so you can explore DediKate and see if it’s the right fit for you.
Is there a DediKate app?
No there it not a DediKate App but you can save the website as an app on your phone! You can access all workouts and content via our website anytime, anywhere.
