We’ve crafted 3 Summer Challenge planners to choose from, that are suitable for all fitness levels, goals and abilities. Designed with key workouts and cardio components to get you outside enjoying nature and creating healthy habits! + a Mindset and Goal Setting Worksheet.

Weight Training

Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.

Cardio

Our audio cardio workouts are designed to motivate and encourage you through your session. Great for those who want to increase their cardio fitness, efficiency and endurance.

Yoga and Pilates

Each week there are 2 new Pilates sessions and 2 new Yoga sessions added to DediKate. Perfect to balance out our more intense workouts, or to do alongside the Nutrition Education Programme while you focus on improving your nutrition.

Boxing

We offer two types of boxing workouts; BOXhiit, HIIT style workouts to improve your all round fitness and strength and BOXlift, low impact yet fast paced boxing style weight training workouts.

Stretching & Relaxation

Designed to do on rest days or after a workout, when you need to unwind or when your mind and body wants some go-slow.

Mindset

As part of the DediKate Summer Challenge, Sarah Dickie has created a Mindset and Goal Setting Worksheet to help you unlock your full potential. This worksheet guides you through identifying thought patterns, beliefs, and habits that influence your goals, helping you develop the mindset needed to stay aligned with your aspirations and achieve lasting change.

FAQs

Is this challenge suitable for beginners?

Yes! Our workouts are suitable for ALL fitness levels! We have 3 options of planners to suit all levels. Our trainers also provide modifications for all fitness levels, and encourage you to do your best. We also have a super supportive community on Facebook who are also starting out, just like you!

If you are pregnant or postpartum, simply print one of the planners and then follow our pregnancy programme, DediKate Baby, or our postpartum programme, DediKate Glow. This means you can do the right programme for you, but still take part in DediKate Spice.

What else do I get access to?

As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!

What kind of Cardio do I have to do?

The cardio aspect of the challenge is to encourage you to get outside, enjoy nature and the warmer weather! This could be walking, biking, running, swimming and if you can't get outside and have a treadmill or spin bike then you can do this instead.

Do I need equipment?

Equipment is optional! All you need is a small space to workout and either a phone, tablet or laptop.

If you want to do weights workouts, you will need:

  • 1 set of Dumbbells, 1-3kgs
  • 1 set of Dumbbells, 4-10kgs

And for some fun, our favourite non-essentials include earphones and a set of Resistance Bands! Get them HERE!
