Terms and Conditions for the 12 Days of Christmas Women Supporting Women Giveaway

  1. Eligibility:

    • Open to residents of New Zealand and Australia only.
    • Employees and contractors of Kate Ivey Fitness and participating brands, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

  2. Competition Period:

    • The competition runs for 12 days, starting 1 Dec 2024 and ending 12 Dec 2024, with one giveaway per day.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Complete the entry form above, ticking the prizes you would like to go in the draw to win. You can tick 1 or all twelve, it's up to you.
    • 1 entry per person

  4. Prizes:

    • Each daily prize will include products or services from featured women-founded businesses and 4 weeks free on DediKate.
    • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  5. Winner Selection and Announcement:

    • Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries for each day’s giveaway on 13 December 2024.
    • Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the daily competition closing.
    • Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, another winner will be selected.

  6. Delivery of Prizes:

    • Prizes will be shipped or delivered electronically (if applicable) to winners at no cost.
    • Kate Ivey Fitness is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping.

  7. Participant Responsibilities:

    • By entering, participants consent to their name and/or Instagram handle being announced on Kate Ivey Fitness social media channels.

  8. General Conditions:

    • Kate Ivey Fitness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if circumstances beyond its control affect the fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway.
    • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Kate Ivey Fitness, which are final and binding.
